Size Guide:

It Sprinkles offers a range of cake sizes to suit all occasions, whether large or small. Our options include single, double, and triple-tier cakes, each carefully crafted to serve your needs:

• Single tiers:
  • Cutie: 1-2 servings; 5" diameter x 2 layers
  • Mini: 4-6 servings; 6" diameter x 2 layers
  • Small: 8-10 servings; 6" diameter x 4 layers
  • Medium: 12-14 servings; 6" diameter x 5 layers
  • Large: 20-25 servings; 6" diameter x 8 layers
• Two tiers:
  • Small: 30-35 servings
  • Medium: 40-45 servings
  • Large: 50-60 servings
• Three tiers:
  • Small: 70-80 servings
  • Medium: 90-100 servings
  • Large: 110-120 servings
     

Flavor Guide:

It Sprinkles offers a delicious range of cake flavors, available for both pickup and delivery with a 2-day notice. Our signature flavors include Sweet Cream & Roasted Berries, 9th & Larkin Chocolate, Hazelnut & Chocolate, Brown Butter & Meyer Lemon, and Tonga Vanilla Bean. Each flavor is crafted with our light brown sugar cake, offering a perfect balance of taste and texture.

Our Buttercream:

We use a Swiss meringue buttercream, known for its silky texture and lower sugar content, enhancing the flavors of our cakes. We carefully temper our buttercream to 72 degrees Fahrenheit for the creamiest experience.

Dietary Restrictions:

At It Sprinkles, we accommodate various dietary needs. We offer gluten-free versions of all our flavors. Please note, while we ensure thorough cleaning, our facility is not exclusively gluten-free. For nut allergies, we have flavors without nuts, but our facility processes tree nuts. Currently, we do not offer vegan options, but we're working on developing high-quality vegan recipes.

Design Principles & Customization:

Our design philosophy is modern, minimalist, and precise. You can customize designs through options on each product page, including color changes, metal accents, stencils, and flower colors. Our website features our latest designs and collections.

Logistics: Pickup Only

Pickup Details:

It Sprinkles operates on a pickup-only basis. You can collect your orders from our store at 2600 Esperanza Crossing, 6115 Austin, TX. Please ensure to arrange your pickup on the due date as confirmed during your order.

Ordering and Availability:

For immediate needs, check our Casual Collection for simple yet elegant designs. For full collection orders, we recommend booking as early as possible. Check our online calendar for availability and closures.

Cancellation and Order Changes:

For cancellations or changes, please contact us at least 5 days before your due date for a full refund or to make adjustments to your order.

Gift Cards:

Looking for a flexible gifting option? Our electronic gift cards are perfect for sharing the joy of It Sprinkles. Available in various denominations, our gift cards never expire and offer the gift of choice.
